The billing questions.
What counts as one room?
One photo staged once. Uploading a photo and generating a staged version spends one room from your monthly count. Revising that same photo — different furnishing level, a corrected room size, a note like “swap the sofa for something lighter” — is free and unmetered, up to ten times per photo.
Do unused rooms roll over?
No. The count resets at the start of each billing period, so a month you barely use does not bank credit for the next one. If you are consistently running out, moving up a plan costs less than the overage would.
What does annual billing actually change?
The price and nothing else. Annual charges once for twelve months at 20% less than paying month to month; the room count is still monthly and still resets each month. Every feature is identical either way.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, in Settings · Billing, and the change takes effect from your next period. Cancelling works the same way — access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for rather than stopping the day you cancel.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 3 rooms over 7 days without a card — 2 revisions on each, and the rooms you stage stay yours to download whether you subscribe or not. There is no free tier after that: the week ends, and Starter is $19 a month, cancellable whenever you like.
When does Enterprise make sense?
When Pro’s 75 rooms a month stops being enough, when more than one person needs to log in, or when your finance team needs an invoice instead of a card. Get in touch and tell us your volume and we will quote against it rather than guess.
